Bacon, Cheese & Feta - Homemade Gourmet Burgers

One of my favorite things to do in the kitchen is to try something new when it comes to making my own gourmet burgers! I love the fact that there is so many things you can bring to life by adding all sorts of goodness! So why not try something new?

Ingredients:


500g extra lean mince

Salt & pepper

Handful of chopped italian parsley

Handful of chopped mint

Bacon pieces, fried

Feta cheese, roughly about 50g

1 cup of white cheddar cheese


Method:


In a big bowl add your mince, italian parsley, mint, bacon, feta cheese and white cheddar cheese.

Mix together well, and then add your salt and pepper to taste. Once done, roll in a patty form and refrigerate for 3 hours.

For best results, make sure to braai them on the fire!
