Victoria Orange Blossom / Rose Hip & Grapefruit Gin Cocktail

On a hot summers day the only thing that you need to pull you through the heat is a gorgeous grapefruit gin cocktail. Just imagine next to the pool cooling down and looking gorgeous than ever!

You’ll need:

1 shot of Orange Blossom & Rose Hip gin

10ml Brut (any bubble of your choice)

10ml Fitch & Leedes Grapefruit Tonic Water

Small amount of Grapefruit zest

3 x slices of Grapefruit

Edible flowers (should you wish to add them in)

Method:

In a martini glass add in your gin, brut and grapefruit tonic. Slightly mix all the ingredients together.

Add in the zest of the grapefruit and the juice from the two slices and slightly mix together. Once done, top off with a gorgeous piece of grapefruit for decoration.
