Finery Amber Elderflower Gin Cocktail

The weekend is all about enjoying every minute and of course enjoying the finer things in life, and therefore, this gorgeous cocktail will leave you with an incredible smile and not even to mention leave you feeling absolutely gorgeous!

You’ll need:

1 shot of Amber Elder flower Finery Gin

10ml Brut Bubbly (of your choice)

10ml Fitch & Leedes Indian Tonic Water

Zest of an Orange

Edible flowers for decoration

Small piece of orange

Method:

In a martini glass add in your amber Elderflower gin, bubbly and Indian tonic water. With a cocktail spoon slightly mix everything together. (Do not stir, simply mix slightly).

Once done, add in your orange zest (not a lot, just a little) and give it a gentle stir again.

Add in your edible flowers and piece of orange to the side of the glass for decorating purposes.

(Important: ensure your martini glass is nice and cold before serving)
