Banana Smoothie - Lialiciousness

Smoothies are a great way to get going when your mornings are a bit crazy. Therefore, quick and easy and oh so healthy let my banana smoothie be a morning winner!
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas
Handful of almonds
Almond milk roughly about a cup
1 x cup double coconut yogurt 2 x tbsp peanut butter
Handful flaxseeds
Honey to taste
Method:
In a hand blender / stand blender mix all of your ingredients together until golden smoothness.
Refrigerate for about 1 hour to enjoy to its fullest.
Serves roughly about 750ml.
