Breakfast lia-ness!

Breakfast is always important, and if you don't have the time to whip up something good, breakfast lia-ness has you covered with all the goodness you need on the go.
Ingredients:
1 x cup strawberries 1 x cup blueberries 1 x cup raspberries 1 x cup coconut yogurt 1 x cup almond milk 3 x tbsp sesame seeds 3 x tbsp honey 1 x banana, fresh
Method:
1. In a blender, or hand blender add in your strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, coconut yogurt, almond milk, sesame seeds, honey and banana. 2. Over high speeds blend all your goodness friends together until nice and smooth. 3. Refrigerate over night and enjoy next morning on the go!
