Finery Lemony/Grapefruit Goodness

I am an absolute lover of good gins and what better way then to make absolute lemony goodness with our good friends Finery Gin.

Ingredients:

2 x shots of finery gin (amber)

1 x piece of lemon, sliced in half

2 x leaves of mint

1 x grapefruit, juiced

Tonic water

Lots of ice

Method:

In a long tumbler glass add in your ice, finery gin, lemon, mint and grapefruit. (Hint: I juiced my grapefruit so it was absolutely fresh and oh so tasty)

Once done top up with your tonic water

and stir well for absolute gorgeousness.
