Happy Summer-time salad by Lia.

Summer is around the corner and what better way then to enjoy a happy summer-time salad with close friends and family with my wonderful yummy gorgeous looking basil and strawberry friends.

Ingredients:

3 x cups of lettuce, sliced thinly 2 x big tomato's, sliced thinly 2 x rings of feta 1 x cup of strawberries 1 x cup olives Handful basil leaves for decoration

Method:

1. In a big salad bowl mix in your lettuce, tomato's, feta, strawberries and olives and mix well. 2. Once done, add your basil leaves to bring out that absolutely gorgeous green colour among your red friends.
