Ita-Lia Mushroom & Garlic Sauce

Healthiness comes in all shapes and forms, and my Ita-Lia mushroom & garlic sauce will bring about greatness and will be much loved with some good quality meat!

Ingredients:

1 x onion, chopped 1 x garlic clove, chopped 250ml almond milk 125ml all purpose flour 1 x punnet of mushrooms 3 x tbsp of olive oil 2 x tbsp worcester sauce 1 x tbsp soya sauce 1 x tbsp of rosemary, and keep two sticks aside for decoration

Method:

1. In a small to medium sauce pan, over low to medium heat fry your mushrooms until golden deliciousness 2. Once golden, add in your chopped garlic and onion and fry for roughly about 3-5 minutes 3. Add in your mixed herbs and stir until your kitchen smells like absolute heaven 4. Add in 125ml almond milk and stir, then add in your flour. Bring your sauce to a boil being absolutely careful not to burn your sauce 5. Add in the worcester sauce, soya sauce and rosemary and stir until nice and gold. Leave for about 2 minutes over medium heat and then remove your from the heat 6. Add in your remainder of almond milk and stir in well. 7. Serve and enjoy!

Serves roughly about 4 big boy steaks and / or Schnitzels
