Yumminess all over! My stir fry will bring about smiles you just absolutely cannot resist.
Ingredients:
220g Egg Noodles
6 x Chicken Breasts (cut into slices)
Punnet of Mushrooms
Soya sauce
Lemon Juice
1 x Garlic Clove, crushed
1 x Red Pepper
1 x Yellow pepper
250 ml x carrots, grated
250 ml broccoli, cut into pieces
250 ml marrows, cut into pieces
Basil leaves, for decoration
Method:
1. Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees.
2. Line up your chicken breasts on a baking tray. Drizzle with soya sauce as well as lemon juice. (Tip: I have a Smeg juicer, so I use fresh lemon juice to keep my chicken fresh and absolutely stunning) add mixed herbs to your taste.
3. Once in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes (or until golden stunningness) over high heat add your mushrooms, crushed garlic clove, red pepper, yellow pepper, carrots, broccoli and marrow in a separate pot.
4. Meanwhile, in another pot line up your egg noodles and cook as per the instruction on the package.
5. Once all your veggies are cooking and sizzling away add some mixed veg spice and soya sauce for taste and turn the heat down to low. Add in your chicken breasts and cooked egg noodles and mix.
6. Decorate with some lovely basil friends for absolute beautifulness.
Serves 4 hungry adults.
