Nutritious Breakfast on The Run

It's a new year and it is a new you. All the habits of 2019 we are leaving right there and enjoying a fresh deliciousness breakfast that is not only healthy but will keep you going for the whole day. Check out our smoothie recipes if you are not the breakfast type.

Ingredients:


2 x boiled eggs

1 x big tomato, sliced

4 x slices of cucumber

4 x slices of cheese

2 x ray crackers

Lettuce

Himalayan salt to taste

Method:


Place your crackers on plate and start placing your lettuce, cucumber, cheese on top of one another. Once done with your eggs, slice them both in half and place on top. Season with Himalayan salt to taste. Prepare a little side salad for extra goodness.
