Orange Blossom & Elderflower Chicken Strips

I absolutely love the sweet gorgeous tast of Elderflower & Orange Blossom and why not make it sticky and absolutely gorgeous to be loved and enjoyed by all. Trust me - this tasted absolutely breathtaking!
Pair it with a beautiful glass of Pintoage 2018 from Koelenbosch.
You'll need:
4 x chicken breasts, cut into slices
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 x tbsp of Orange Blossom Honey
Half a shot of elderflower cordial
Garlic & herb spice, to taste
Italian Parsley, to decorate
Method:
In a large wok, add in your extra virgin olive oil, chicken strips and season with garlic and herb spice. Leave to cook away for about 2 minutes.
Once done, add in your orange blossom and elderflower and fry until absolute juicy, golden and fragrant.
Leave to cook and serve either in a chicken salad or with a wrap for the best result.
