Pizza Dough in a SMEG stand mixer

Sundays are to be enjoyed with family and filled with laughter! Therefore my Pizza is one of the bests to enjoy with your loved ones!


Ingredients:


350g all purpose flour

3tbsp of virgin olive oil

1 x tsp yeast

200ml water


Method:


In a stand mixer add your flour and oil in the meanwhile mixing the yeast in 50ml of water. Once added mix in with your flour and oil.


On the second lowest speed of your stand mixer with a dough hook mix until your dough forms a nice solid ball.

Remove from your stand mixer and leave to resize (closed) for about 1 hour.

Remove from the bag cut in two pieces and form your pizza shape leaving it for about half an hout before baking for about 5-10 minutes at 200 degrees.
